Adults 18 or older who distribute fentanyl to anyone under 18 face felony charges with fines and imprisonment up to twice the standard penalty under W.S. 35-7-1031(a)(ii)

Unlike other controlled substance offenses involving minors, the fentanyl provision removes the requirement that the offender be at least 3 years older than the minor victim

"Fentanyl" is broadly defined to include all isomers, esters, ethers, and salts of fentanyl

Amends W.S. 35-7-1036 by adding new subsection (c) specifically targeting fentanyl distribution to minors
