Increases the maximum referral bonus for the Wyoming National Guard member referral incentive program from $500 to $1,000 per successful recruit referral

Expands eligibility to make referrals beyond current Guard members to include Wyoming National Guard veterans, military department employees, and recruits beginning the enlistment process

Extends the program's sunset date from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2028

Appropriates $250,000 from the general fund to the Wyoming Military Department for referral bonus payments through June 30, 2028

Effective date is July 1, 2026
