Removes the previous cap of 4 full-time and 6 at-will contract employee positions for the Wyoming state forestry good neighbor authority program, allowing unlimited hiring as needed

Requires all employees hired under this authority to be funded exclusively from the Wyoming state forestry good neighbor authority revolving account, rather than specifically from federal funds

Authorizes the state forester to accept grants, gifts, transfers, bequests, and donations for deposit into the revolving account

Prohibits the acceptance of real property for purposes of the good neighbor authority program

Effective date: July 1, 2026
