Amends W.S. 25-10-110(e) to expand the list of professionals qualified to conduct involuntary hospitalization examinations for mentally ill persons

Adds licensed advanced practice registered nurses and licensed physician assistants to those who can perform initial examinations without requiring secondary review

When an examiner other than a physician, psychiatrist, APRN, physician assistant, or psychologist conducts the examination, the court must appoint a qualified reviewer from a specified list including psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioners and physician assistants with documented psychiatric training

Updates gendered language from "his" to "the patient's" throughout the statute
