Authorizes the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission to promulgate rules limiting the number of landowner hunting licenses issued in limited quota hunt areas for elk, deer, antelope, and turkey

Landowner licenses allow Wyoming landowners to obtain hunting licenses without going through competitive public lottery systems

Prohibits the commission from issuing zero landowner licenses in limited quota areas if eligible landowners have submitted applications

Landowner license fees must equal the standard fees prescribed under W.S. 23-2-101(j) for each species

Effective date: July 1, 2026
