Amends W.S. 22-4-101(b) to expand county central committee membership beyond precinct committeemen and committeewomen to include other party officials provided by party bylaws who have been certified and recorded by the secretary of state

Party officials must be certified under W.S. 22-4-120 to qualify as county central committee members

Retains existing requirement that each precinct elects one committeeman and one committeewoman per 250 votes cast for the party's congressional candidate in the last general election

Effective July 1, 2026
