Restricts skill-based amusement games at liquor-licensed establishments to only those with on-premises consumption licenses, excluding establishments with off-premises or retail-only liquor licenses

Requires games to be located in the physical area where alcoholic beverages are sold, in age-restricted areas marked for patrons 21 and older only

Grandfathers operators with games at non-qualifying locations before September 14, 2022 to continue operating indefinitely if they meet other requirements

Allows operators with games at non-qualifying locations before April 1, 2026 to continue only until their current permit expires, with no renewal eligibility

Effective immediately upon gubernatorial signature
