Baggs Valley Headwaters V: $700,000 grant (total $2.148M) to Little Snake River Conservation District for rangeland restoration on 5,500 acres in Carbon County using mechanical, chemical, and prescribed fire methods

Invasive grass removal projects: $395,000 for Absaroka Front (48,000 acres in Park County), $1,000,000 for North Platte (9,000 acres in Natrona County), and $2,000,000 for Western Wyoming (48,500 acres) cheatgrass management

Cody Canal Fish Screen: $800,000 grant to Wyoming Game and Fish Commission to install fish screens preventing entrainment in irrigation systems in Park County

Unexpended funds revert to the income account on June 30, 2030; act effective immediately upon gubernatorial approval
