Hospitals must publicly post standard charges for all items and services, including gross charges, negotiated rates with insurers, minimum/maximum negotiated charges, and cash prices in machine-readable format on their websites

Price lists must cover at least 300 "shoppable services" (procedures patients can schedule in advance) and be accessible free of charge without requiring accounts, passwords, or personal information

Wyoming Department of Health will monitor compliance through complaint evaluation, analysis review, and website audits, with authority to require corrective action plans from non-compliant facilities

Civil penalties for non-compliance range from $100/day (first offense) to $1,000/day (third offense) for critical access hospitals, and $1,000/day for hospitals with prospective payment systems

Act takes effect July 1, 2026 and automatically repeals July 1, 2029; Department of Health must promulgate implementing rules
