Wyoming Business Council repealed and terminated effective July 1, 2026, with immediate halt to new grant/loan applications upon bill passage and required wind-up of all activities by the termination date

Unexpended funds revert to original sources, with specific accounts (economic development, broadband development, workforce development-priority economic sector partnership) transferred to designated successor agencies
