Amends W.S. 22-4-110 to establish weighted voting for state central committee members of major political parties in Wyoming

Each voting member's votes would be weighted based on the number of registered party voters in their county compared to total statewide registered party voters at the last congressional election

State central committee composition remains unchanged: state committeemen, committeewomen, county chairmen elected at odd-numbered year county central committee meetings, plus any officials provided by party bylaws

Effective date: July 1, 2026
