Creates the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program Account within the Division of Criminal Investigation to provide stable state funding for combating technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation

Appropriates $1,600,000 from the general fund to the account for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with funds that do not lapse or revert at fiscal year end

Account may also receive grants, gifts, and donations accepted by the attorney general; all interest earned remains in the account

Funds are continuously appropriated to support law enforcement efforts including forensic investigation, training, victim assistance, and community education on internet safety

Attorney general must promulgate rules to implement the act; effective date is July 1, 2026
