Expands the definition of "customer" to include persons who express interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate, or who attend property showings without an agency relationship

Prohibits requiring customers to sign written agency agreements to view or tour real estate during house showings

Clarifies that customers are not afforded confidentiality in communications with licensees

Allows licensees to document a buyer's or seller's refusal to sign disclosure acknowledgments and continue providing services to them as customers

Effective July 1, 2026, and does not affect contracts or agreements entered into before that date
