Creates a 6-member Select Committee on Gaming, with 3 senators appointed by the senate president and 3 representatives appointed by the house speaker, each designating a co-chairman from their appointees

Requires committee appointment by March 15 following each general election, with initial members to be appointed within 30 days of the act's effective date

Committee duties include developing expertise on Wyoming gaming laws, engaging with local governments and communities on social impacts and problem gambling, and reviewing fiscal matters including taxes, fees, and revenue distribution

Authorizes the committee to prepare recommendations and sponsor legislation for the legislature

Appropriates $34,000 from the general fund to the Legislative Service Office for committee salaries, mileage, per diem, and expenses through June 30, 2028
