Wyoming House districts would be reorganized into 11 county-based districts, each electing between 1 and 11 representatives based on population (totaling 63 representatives statewide)

Voters would cast ballots for party candidate lists rather than individual candidates, with seats apportioned among parties using the Jefferson/greatest divisors method based on votes received

Political parties must certify their nomination method to the Secretary of State by June 1 of even-numbered years; major parties may use primaries while minor parties must use conventions, caucuses, or party committees

Individual winners from each party list are determined by their rank order on the list, starting from the top until all seats allocated to that party are filled

Applies beginning with the 2026 primary and general elections, effective immediately upon enactment
