Amends Wyoming's zoning protest process to require protests be signed by more than one owner representing 33% or more of the lot area in the proposed change, or 33% or more of owners within 300 feet of the affected area

Expands the notification distance for adjacent property owners from 140 feet to 300 feet when measuring who may protest zoning changes

Lowers the governing body vote threshold needed to override a valid protest from three-fourths (3/4) to two-thirds (2/3) of all members

Applies to zoning changes made on and after July 1, 2026
