Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding minimum standards for EMS agencies.

Amends existing law to revise the maximum amount of compensation for performing fire district business by fire protection district commissioners and to provide for special compensation upon a declaration of emergency or disaster within the fire protection district.

Amends and repeals existing law referencing Eastern Idaho Technical College.

Appropriates an additional $30,000 to the Regulatory Boards for fiscal year 2018.

Amends existing law to provide that opioid antagonists dispensed for humans shall be filed with the board electronically.
